Juvenile inmates to take computer classes

The Observation of Penitentiary Institutions Public Union will set up a
computer training center for juvenile inmates in the education institution
of the Ministry of Justice department for the execution of court rulings.
The project, to be implemented with the financial support of the OSCE office
in Baku, envisions introductory courses for underage convicts. The
participants will be taught how to use the Windows operating system, as well
as different computer programs, and study the essentials of the Internet,
the Union said.
An electronic library to be set up in the facility will allow young inmates
to improve their knowledge and skills.
