Jordan seeking closer ties

Jordanian officials led by Prime Minister Maruf al-Bakhit will visit
Azerbaijan on November 6-8. The delegation will include Jordanian
businessmen, official sources said.
An exhibition of Jordanian goods and services and a forum of the two
countries' businessmen will be organized during the visit with the support
of the Azerbaijan Ministry of Economic Development.
More than 40 Jordanian companies engaged in the food industry, construction,
industry, pharmaceutics, etc. will participate at the event aimed at
expanding business partnership.
In conclusion of the forum, a protocol on cooperation will be signed between
the Azerbaijan Export and Investment Promotion Foundation (AZPROMO) and
Jordan's entrepreneurial development corporation as well as between the two
countries' chambers of commerce and industry.*
